where do ppl over the age of 25 meet ppl these days?

i havent been on the dating scene in 2 yrs now and b4 that i was in a relationship and before that i was in another one and b4 that i was in the midst of a 4 yr mind numbing bad relationship....i never really had too too much time alone like to myself like no men....hmmmm....i wonder i see single girls hangin all over guys all the time or they are in the corner with their girlfriend trying to avoid men like they are the plague....how do ppl over the age of 25 meet me???...thats a good question you ask?.....
1. at the mall? - what kinda guy hangs out at the mall? ummm gay ones (no offence guys but you know you love the mall and shopping...come on now)
2. at church? - im afraid thats out too cause if hes at church he may be over religious or doing what mommy asked...could be a bad situation there....ppl are too busy these days to go ot church so if you take the time between socializing and family and work and sleep and relaxing to go to church there may be more there then just god....
3. the grocery store? - making a date while in the tp isle seems a little tacky to me
4. a coffee shop? - how do you start a conversation with someone sitting at a coffee shop...they would be on their laptop or reading a book and then you would be interupting or they could be waiting for someone...how awkward
5. online? - come on now i dont think i have to say too much about the cons of that one
6. blind date? - NO THANKS
7. at work? - i approve of that as long as the job you are at is disposable cause if it doesnt work out or he cheats or whatever it could get messy at werk and noone needs that stress
8. calling an x? - im a firm believer that if you break up then thats that...second chances have no place in a relatioship for cheating or hitting or verbal abuse or whatever
9. BAR? - well i think i just may take back what i said in a previous blog....i met my current man at a bar and b4 him just about all the men in my life were from werk or the bar (95% the bar)
and before him i swore that id never pick up at a bar ever again....then again he was on my team at work too but i never would have asked him out if it werent for the few beers i had had that night...lol...so yeah i guess the ONLY place to meet someone at any age is at the bar...
you know what they look like you know they like to have a good time and go out once in a while you know how they react to asking them out on a date cause they are right in front of you..and most impotantly if they say no you can be like yeah i was drunk i thought you were someone else...lolololol....i guess its a safe place too....hehehehehehehe
