gaining weight comes with the territory
so i quit smoking and it will be 1 year come this feb 21st since the last time i inhaled a smoke and dont regret a bit of that itself but i do regret all the bad habits i have gained by quitting you know the things you put in the place of those times where you would normally be smoking i would put food in my mouth ... grrr ... and im starting to show it bigtime now
i tried to go to the gym but i feel like i never have time to go i have to werk in the evening till early morning and i dont wanna do it before work cause ill be worn out for werk and after work im worn out from werk....god ill never loose the weight at this rate....someone help!!!!!!!!!
