So i started making a suede slipcover for Chris' mom's couch and chair that we borrowed for NB whenwe moved. They dont use it...its the 1 for the living room ion their house. They have the big screen tv and stuff downstairs so the upstairs only gets used for x-mas and thats only if they have the tree upstairs!!! Anyways, i definitly bit off more then i can chew....it looks pretty easy so i never got a pattern just 8 meters of fabric and tried my best. Working ill write more in a bit!!!

MOVING TO ALBERTA

Im pretty stoked about moving to alberta. Although the place we are gonna set up shop is not too clear. We are thinking on a central point of edmonton. Its hard to say where we're gonna end up. We have 3 places in mind edmonton, grande prairie and fort mcmurray. There are advantages and disadvantages to all 3. Its really hard to go by what people say as well because you hear 1 thing and then hear another.

Id like to know more then i do about the great out west b4 i go. But it seems like we're just gonna go with a blind eye....wish me luck

I know that eventually i want to take a course in animal grooming. That is a definite thing i want to do with my life. I dont want to work for the man for the rest of my like thats for sure. Chris would lie to start a business doing webhosting and web design. I see at my current job how much money can be made doing that so im sure with the 2 types of businesses and how much they differ. We'll make the money were' searching for. We also have a crazy idea to start selling retro candy online as well. I think once these 3 businesses get off the ground we'll have to hire ppl to help us.

I really hope that within the next couple of years we can settle down and buy a house so we ccan start a family. My motherly instinct is rediculous lately. I want kids so bad that i just may have to take measures into my own hands and find a donor. Seeing as how my man is a little young around the edges for kids just yet. Im 27 im not getting any younger. If i have a child at age 28 or even 30 ill be 48-50 when they are only 20 and who knows how old they will be b4 they give me grandchildren. I at least want to be a great grandma. I know im past the mark of seeing great grandchildren (of course assuming both my child and their child has a child by the age of 20 ill be 70 yrs old to be a great grandmother - that would be really nice) Be able to pass on the 3 different family businesses to 1 family each or whatever.

Oh im getting ahead of myself. Take 1 step at a time. Get myself to alberta and get a nice apartment first. Then think about the above things a bit closer.

Boogies was outside helping us with the yard sale today. he made quite a bit accually. Im sure singlehandedly he made the $52 bux today. But as you can see in this pic he was on a made to fit only boogs leash. (he tried to run out onto the 4 lane highway in front of my house ~ so we dont trust him out alone anymore) And you can also see he must have been working hard with all that panting going on....



meanwhile baja as you can see is relaxin in the shade while boogs does all the work. hahahahaha (she is getting cought slacking off in this pic as you can see by the surprize face she has on here :)

Thats my little tree hugger man. He's so cute!! I just love him to pieces :)

We've recently made some changes in our relationship. We're going on 2 months with no fighting. I mena its amasing what a little communication does for a couple. I know that our relatioship doesnt merit the couple of the year award. but, day by day we're getting better and happier with 1 another and our different ways of thinking and attitudes. He definitly makes me want to be a better person and visa versa.

I cant imagine ppl wanting to be single. I mean first of all you have noone to share your bed with. You have noone ot share EVERYTHING with. A friend is good for gossip and for break-ups. But there is nothing like a partner to do the whole "how was yr day" right? I think so anyways. People have different views on single and commited and thats fine. Thats why theres places like blogs to voice yr opinion. No matter how outlandish or wrong they may acctually be to someone else or fact wise.

On a 'heavier' note. I recently had a revelation about ppl being fat or skinny or whatever. I think that as long as yr happy and doing for others and not being selfish. Being either ridiculed for your weight or lack there of or being hated on for being "skinny" by someone who is envious. The person doing the ranting or the bashing is the 1 with the problem. And realistically, anyone that can put someone down for their size (big or small) MUST be perfect right?...wrong i mean noone is perfect. We all are guilty of being selfish or envious at some point or another. we look in a magazine and see the token skinny girl and say what a bitch i wish i could look like her. Its a very unrealistic world we live in. As long as we're happy in life thats all that should matter. Ppl should stop hatin on one another and start coping with thier problems head on. Not try and make someone feel bad or bash someone cause theres something missing in their own lives.

takin some time this weekend to have a good time

so this weekend im heading out for a camping trip-me chris and our friend jeff...he's coming out west with us as well...our much anticipated "big move" to the great money making places.....im hoping this weekend is going to be a fun filled weekend with loads of liquor and smores...and im pretty sure it will be :) sooooooooo excited...cant wait to get some beach action while getting tipsy...hope i dont drown...lol

HOW SICK A SOCIETY WE LIVE IN!!!!

tomorrow im taking my cats to get their pictures taken in front of superstore on trinity avenue...i cant wait to see how they are going to turn out...i love my cats and wouldnt trade them in for the whole world...i think even a million bux would be a hard sell to me...i love my little guys...they are so special to me....

i was having a conversation the other day about "youthenization" and i started to cry uncontrolably....that is not a grey area with me...we dont kill babies or old people if we become overpopulated with them....why do we do that with animals?...why isnt there some type of plan in effect to spay and neuter animals at a very small cost to people so that it wouold be easier and more and more people would get it done....i paid 230 for 2 cats....thats retarded....we're so much about money that we're killing inoscent animals all to make a profit from "fixing" them....we fix girls who are sluts after they are on their 4th kid if they are on welfare for free...why cant we do that to animals?....

i mean there are laws (that arent really obeyed) for creulty to animals but yet we'll kill them liek they are on death row...you're 2 weeks are up...heres your needle...then cremate them....HOW SICK A SOCIETY WE LIVE IN!!!! ... i mena that kitten who died because someone cut of its genetailia...when is that person going on trial?....never?...are they gonna get probation...wh cares its only a kitten...if i knew who thast person was id bash their head in....thats how i feel...

if anyone hurt my cats intentially...i mean if you walk on my cats tail or whatever...being you have to appologize not say get outta my way....but i mena if anyone hurt my cats they would pay through the nose....hands down id hurt them!!!

spay and neuter your animals if you are gonna let them out...not to mention its a sin to leave them go in heat and be that uncomfortable...you wouldnt put up with it why do it to your pet?....you shouldnt have an animal if you cant fix them or needle them or take them to the vet if something happens....you are an unfit pet owner if thats the case....

i cant imagine what goes through someone's head when they get a little puppy cause he's sooo cute then when it grows up tie it in the backyard and feed it when you remember...thats a shame and you should be reported....let yr animals run free....being at the spca would benefit them more then being tied to a 4 foot rope in your backyard never being played with...the cutness of a kitten or a puppy goes away....remember that the next time you go to scope out animals...

another thing is...why buy your pets at a pet store...these animals were bred specifically to make money for a usless owner like pets unlimited...what a sin we buy animals so some business owner can buy a yaught....go to the spca and help fund 1 more day for another animal to be able to stay for the night....otherwise that animal you dont get there could get put to sleep for "overstaying its welcome"

animals are people too as far as im concerned....i wouldnt put your grandmother to death just because she "overstayed her welcome" at the seniors home....so that another "new" one could come in...why do that to a cat or a dog or whatever....its a shame and whoever thought of this should be ashamed of themselves and i hope they died a hateful death....
